Jade + Yevin’s special day paired an industrially rustic vibe with a genuine presence of gratitude at their warehouse wedding in Los Angeles.
There is so much I could share about Yevin and Jade. How their perfectly matched adventurous personalities have taken them around the world and back again. That their infectious joy filled the room from the first day I met them. How they put their guest’s needs and experiences at the forefront of their wedding day because of their innate selfless ways and loving hearts. Coordinating their special day was full of so much trust, and I swear a little bit of pixie dust!
These two worked hand-in-hand to make intentional decisions for their warehouse wedding in Los Angeles. They crafted a detailed day to accentuate who they are as individuals and as a couple. But in planning, they discovered their need for a wedding coordinator. This would allow them to enjoy every moment of the big day and not spend their time orchestrating it. I was thrilled to join their vendor team, and become like their wedding stage manager! We worked together to refine logistics, delegate tasks, and tie up any loose-end decisions that loomed.
Ummm like can’t you just feel the joy bursting from your screen with these two!? They both literally smiled THE ENTIRE DAY! They were so focused on the special people surrounding them as they made a lifelong commitment. Any pre-wedding jitters absolutely melted away!
Jade and Yevin’s warehouse wedding in Los Angeles mixed the perfect pastel pinks, pops of red, and luscious greenery with the moody industrial space. And it created MAGIC! These two picked a complementary color palette with a range of chromas that contrasted the venue. Which brought depth and personality to their wedding day.
Pairing the industrial charm of the warehouse with natural elements like a rustic wood arch and farm tables, we created a chic wedding vibe that felt very down to earth. Just like the couple.
Here’s what the bride shared about working together on their Los Angeles warehouse wedding:
“Sarah was the MVP of my wedding and I don’t know how I could’ve done it without her! I had many vendors at my wedding, and she kept everyone on track and everything running smoothly leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She was able to rein in my wedding party and keep things on schedule while being super fun and energetic.
I would tell you about all the fires she put out on my wedding day, but I don’t know about them because she handled everything discreetly and made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about except for enjoying the day!
Even though she was technically my coordinator, she was also there for me during the planning phase to make sure I was on track and to give advice when any issues came up. If you’re considering Sarah, don’t hesitate to hire her. She is the best money you will spend on your wedding and will make sure you can enjoy the day you spend so much time anticipating!”
